Participation in Arizona's Forest Legacy Program is voluntary. For those landowners who wish to conserve their lands a nomination form may be downloaded. Landowners may withdraw their lands at any time up to the actual signing od the legal agreements. The State of Arizona also may discontinue considering a tract of land for inclusion into the program at any time. Please click here to download the nomination form .
