Workshop designed to acquaint personnel with the required documentation
and procedures for billing the State Land Dept. Review of completing Crew Time Reports,Shift
Tickets, OF286's, OF288's, Use Invoices, and all other required forms. This will include current changes made
on the Cooperative Fire Rate Agreements. |

Fire Department administrative personnel, Chiefs, and Engine Bosses. |

The first session of this class is designed to acquaint personnel with the required documentation and procedures for billing the State Land Department. Including completing Crew Time Reports, Shift Tickets, 288 forms, Use Invoices, and other required forms. The second session will introduce the Incident Command System (ICS) organization, basic terminology, and common responsibilities.

** The Huachuca City location focuses more on Cochise County Fire Departments with inclusive agreements. The Northwest WOC location (was the old Flowing Wells Fire Station) will focus more on fire departments dealing with personnel working the shift schedules.
