Billing Requirements and Fiscal Documentation Procedures

2009 Course Schedule

This workshop is designed to acquaint personnel with the required documentation and procedures for billing the Arizona State Forestry Division to review completed Crew Time Reports, Shift Tickets, OF286's, OF288's, Use Invoices, and all other required forms. This will include current changes made on the Cooperative Fire Rate Agreements.

Target Audience:  Fire Department administrative personnel, Chiefs, and Engine Bosses.

The first session of this class is designed to acquaint personnel with the required documentation and procedures for billing the State Land Department. Including completing Crew Time Reports, Shift Tickets, 288 forms, Use Invoices, and other required forms. The second session will introduce the Incident Command System (ICS) organization, basic terminology, and common responsibilities.
