S-215 Fire Operations in the Urban Interface
Course Schedule
This 24 hour course is designed to meet the training needs for initial attack incident commanders and company officers confronting wildland fire that threatens life, property, and improvements. Subjects covered include; Size up, initial strategy and action planning, structure triage, tactics action plan assessment, public relations, and safety.
Individuals enrolling in this course must have a basic knowledge of structure and wildland firefighting operations. They must also be familiar with and understand their agency policy as it relates to interface fires.
