S-201 Supervisory Concepts and Techniques
2010 Course Schedule
This 12 to 18 hour course is a combined self-study and classroom course designed to provide the training needed for the incidental supervisor in the fire organization. It presents supervisory skills. Subjects covered include; appraisal, delegation, communication, and training.
Prerequisites include Firefighter Training (S-130) and Introduction to Fire Behavior (S-190) or Basic Wildland Fire Fighting (BWFF) and designation as as supervisor.
